A Hotel Feasibility Study for a potential new hotel development to be located in Morinville was conducted and completed in late June 2010. In the opinion of the consultant contracted to complete the work, from an overall economic viability perspective, a hotel development in Morinville appears to be justified. The overall objective of the study was to analyze the market and financial opearting performance of a proposed 60-room, limited-service, chain-affiliated hotel to be developed within the corporate town limits of Morinville.
