Community Cultural Centre
The Community Cultural Centre will enhance the delivery of valuable community support services to the Town and outlying region. A multi-purpose hall accommodating events such as plays, theatre productions, musical performances, wedding, conferences and seasonal celebrations, with meeting rooms and additional support services, the Town will enjoy many new visitors and increased attention. The flexible spaces designed into the new Community Cultural Centre will provide a much needed venue for our numerous community groups and their activities, programs, events and festivals. Working together with PCL Construction Management Inc. and Manasc Isaac Architects, Council will meet its goal of enhancing and generating new energy, vibrancy and vitality in the community.

The maximum exposure to daylight and the sun is the full glazing of the south facing Foyer / Gallery. However, a large projecting canopy protects this space from glare and over heating in the warmer summer months.
Community Cultural Centre - Seating
The hall is dividable for 2 possible functions and designed to accommodate 2 types of layouts: theatre performance and banquets. There is a large raised stage with a projecting Apron. The hall has retractable seating which are parked in the parking area above which is a balcony.

Commercial Kitchen
The commerical kitchen is intended to serve banquets with or without waiting staff, either to the full hall or to each halves of the hall.
Dressing Rooms
Two dressing rooms for stage performances equipped with a shower and washroom.
Community Meeting Rooms
Five meeting rooms, each with a sink and counter are available and can also be opened up to the next room to create one large room. In the walkway next to the meeting rooms are a series of lockable storage closets for use by community groups.
Community Services Offices
Workspace for Administration staff. Reception area doubles as a "box office".
