Utility Upgrading Program
The Utility Upgrading Program carries out ongoing repair or replacement of manholes, valves, and hydrants. It also inspects underground infrastructures such as water, sewer and storm pipes to determine the need to repair or replace affected sections prior to implementing the road improvement program.
