Assessment Review Board (ARB)
Members of the Assessment Review Board (ARB) are comprised of members of the Subdivision Development Appeal Board (SDAB).
The Assessment Review Board members are appointed by resolution of Council and appointed annually at the Organizational Meeting of Council.
Assessment Review Board hearings are held annually following tax notices (deadline for tax payments is June 30). Should there be an appeal from any taxpayer on their assessment, a meeting is set and held in September.
