Downtown Plan
The Morinville Downtown Plan, adopted by Council in 1984, contains a planning, economic and organizational strategy for the downtown area (i.e. commercial development along 100 Avenue and 100 Street). This plan is referred to for detailed policies and design guidelines relating to land use, transportation and revitalization and when subdivision or development projects within the downtown area are evaluated. It also refers to Appendices contained in the Morinville Downtown Plan Backgound Report.
