Morinville, Alta. – Please be advised that the start time of the Tuesday, October 17 Committee of the Whole meeting has been adjusted to 2 p.m.
The public is encouraged to attend in person, or watch online at: https://calendar.morinville.ca/meetings.

MFD to mark Fire Prevention Month by hosting Open House

Morinville, Alta. – In support of Fire Prevention Month, the Morinville Fire Department is hosting an Open House from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday October 14. The free drop-in event will offer a variety of activities aimed at encouraging residents to practice fire safety and prevention. Activities include:
- Meeting your local firefighters
- Watching live demonstrations
- A free hot dog lunch, courtesy of Chris & Tracy’s No Frills, while supplies last

Council Approves Capital Budget Amendment to support Hwy 642 and Grandin Drive intersection improvements
Morinville, Alta. – At the September 12, 2023, Regular Meeting of Council, Council approved an amendment to the 2023 Capital Budget to include the Grandin Drive and Hwy 642 Signalization Project.
