24-D0127 - Permitted Use - Manufactured Home with Landing, Uncovered Deck and Detached Garage at 83 Meadowview Road (Lot 10; Block 1; Plan 162 4352) zoned as Manufactured Home Park Residential (R-MHP) District.

NOTES:

  • EFFECTIVE DATE OF APPROVALS: An approved Development Permit does not come into effect until 22 days after the date of the Notice of Decision. The undertaking of any development by the Applicant prior to the expiry of this period is done solely at the risk of the Applicant. Appeals of the Decision of the Development Authority may be made by the Applicant within 21 days after the Date of Decision.
