Street Sweeping will commence as of April 6 so long as the roads remain dry. Main roads, industrial area, and parking lots will be completed first followed by residential areas. We ask that you obey all signage posted and remove your vehicles from the street. Your cooperation ensures street sweeping occurs in your area, and in an efficient manner.
Holiday Trailers - All trailers parked on the roadway MUST be attached to its towing unit. From April 1 to October 31, trailers may be parked at the front of a property as long as it is parked on an approved hard surface (ie: driveway, parking pad). No portion of any trailer or vehicle may block, impede or encroach any portion of a sidewalk or adjacent roadway.
Seasonal Odour/Stormwater Concern: With spring upon us, there may be a distinct odour inside and outside of ones home. This odour may be related to stagnant water in the stormwater system. The Town treated the Heritage Lake Estates (HVE) pond in the spring and summer of 2015 and will be continuing with this program this year. For more information click here.
