Residential Snow Removal Plan: Jan 16: Areas from Zone 1 that couldn't be completed will be, as well as Zone 2 will be started (Lakes only); Jan 17: Complete Zone 4; Jan 18: Complete Zone 2. Morinville Community Services department is seeking Local Organization/Community Group members to sit on the "Community Services Advisory Committee" for a 1 year term. Local organizations/community groups are being asked to put forth a memeber they feel will best represent their organizations and community group interests within Morinville. Please submit your application with a cover letter no later than January 31, 2017 to the Legislative Officer.
Community Grants: 1st intake deadline - Jan. 31, 2017. If you are a not-for-profit organization, community group, team, organization or association of Morinville and have projects that benefit our community, you may qualify for assistance through the Community Grant Program. Unique Animals (Fowl Pilot Program): As part of the new Responsible Pet Ownership Bylaw 5/2016 a pilot program was approved for 2017 to fowl only. A maximum of 10 households will be approved in 2017. Approved households will only be allowed six fowl. Prior to permit approval, a list of conditions must be met. Download and complete the application at the following link.
