Advance Voting
Saturday, October 11, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Thursday, October 16, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturday, October 18, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Institutional Voting
Residents in the below locations may cast their ballot in the Institutional Vote.
Aspen House Care Residence - October 20, 2025 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Heritage Place Lodge - October 20, 2025 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Please Note: Candidates, candidate’s official agent and scrutineer may attend an Institutional Vote only if the vote is in a public area of the institution and may not attend voting conducted in the room of a resident of the institution.
Only residents of these care facilities may cast a ballot in the institutional vote.
Special Ballots
An elector whose name is contained in the Permanent Electors Register and who is unable to vote at an Advance Vote or at any of the voting stations on Election Day may apply to vote by Special Ballot.
Requests for a Special Ballot can be submitted from August 1 to 4:30 p.m. on October 17.
Apply for a Special Ballot by emailing elections@morinville.ca to receive a Request for Special Ballot Package (Form 22).

Please Note: Any Special Ballot Packages that are incorrect or incomplete, or received after the timelines indicated above, will not be accepted or counted.
Elector Assistance at Home
Any voter who is unable to attend a voting station during Advance Voting or Election Day because of a physical disability may be able to have election workers attend at their home during the hours an Advance Voting station is open.
To apply for this service, please email elections@morinville.ca as early as possible and no later than October 17 at 4:30 p.m.
