Solid Waste Audit:

In April 2024 Morinville underwent a solid waste audit, this audit reports on our diversion rates and resident participation in our program. The information gathered will help shape future educational campaigns and service levels.  Click here to view the waste audit report.

Curbside collection includes three streams

  • Organics (green cart) - collected weekly from May to October and then monthly (third week of the month) from November to April.

We contract out waste services, which are provided by Green for Life Environmental (GFL). Learn more from our Waste Management Bylaw and the Recycling Council of Alberta.
