Program Guide

Three times per year (Spring/Summer, Fall and Winter) we publish the Morinville Program Guide, which includes details on all upcoming programs and events. 

Program guide advertising

Ad bookings for the Fall 2024 Program Guide are now closed. This guide will be available to the public August 7, 2024.
Winter 2025 Program Guide ads must be booked and submitted by September 24, 2024.  The Winter 2025 guide goes public December 4, 2024. 

2024 Program Guide Ad Specs and Rates (effective January 1, 2024)

The program guides represent great advertising value because:

• They have been recently revamped. With a new, modern look and feel everything is easier to read and find information- making your ad stand out even more.
• The distribution program has been dramatically expanded to include direct mail to 4400 resident mail boxes, in addition to our targeted distribution system and strong digital presence- this will ensure your ad's reach is stronger than ever. 
• Booking your ad is simpler than ever. 

• • Book using this ad submission form then watch for your invoice in your email inbox. 
  • Payment will be required within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. 
• Payments can be made in person at Town Hall (cash, cheque, credit or debit card) or by calling 780-939-4361 (credit card only).   
  • Town Hall is located at 10125 100 Avenue, Morinville (2nd floor). 
  • The front desk can accept payments Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 12:30 p.m. and from 1 p.m. through 4:30 p.m.
