Morinville, AB – In response to the Storefront Improvement Program, which launched in early February, nine applications were received. The Project Review Committee reviewed all applications against the design principles and intent of the program and selected five recipients.
We are pleased to announce the recipients of the funding are:

Morinville, AB – The Town of Morinville census kicked off April 1, 2020. To date, more than 1900 households have completed the census online.
Online responses were scheduled to be collected between April 1 and May 15, 2020; however, given the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and recommendations from the Chief Medical Officer of Health, door-to-door enumeration is not possible at this time. Morinville, AB – The Morinville Fire Department’s ladder truck and fleet will be parked outside the Don Found Fire Station in acknowledgement of the Canadian Forces Snowbirds flyover which is taking place at approximately 2 p.m. this afternoon.

Morinville, AB – As approved at the February 25, 2020 Regular Meeting of Council, the 100 Street improvements are set to begin on May 18. These improvements will see the construction of both north and southbound lanes on 100 Street from 90 Avenue to the railway tracks.
