Development Notices

Effective dates

An approved development permit comes into effect 22 days after the date of the notice of decision.

If an applicant begins any development before the permit is in effect, that work is solely at the risk of the applicant. Refer to the Morinville Land Use Bylaw (Part Two, Section 2.7) for more information.
