Decision: Approved with variance. Variance details: Part eight, s8.1.9.5.1(ii) of the Land Use Bylaw requires a minimum roof pitch of at least 5:12 for the principal building. The requested roof pitch is 4:12. 

NOTES:

EFFECTIVE DATE OF APPROVALS: An approved Development Permit does not come into effect until 22 days after the date of the Notice of Decision. The undertaking of any development by the Applicant prior to the expiry of this period is done solely at the risk of the Applicant.
