26-D046 - Rear Detached Garage at 9805 106 Avenue (Lot 32; Block 2; Plan 1424439) zoned as Village Champlain Residential (R-VC) District. Decision: Approved.

26-D048 - Gazebo on Existing Patio at 719 Grandin Drive (Lot 27; Block 19; Plan 7620979) zoned as Two-Unit Residential (R-2) District. Decision: Approved with variance. Variance details: The required side property line setback for the gazebo is at least 1.0 m (3.3 ft); the proposed setback is 0.66 m (2 ft 2 in).

EFFECTIVE DATE OF APPROVALS: An approved Development Permit does not come into effect until 22 days after the date of the Notice of Decision.
