Variance Details:
1. Pursuant to section 8.1.6.4 of the Land Use Bylaw, the maximum number of dwelling units is 52
dwelling units. The proposed development has 58 units representing a variance of 6 units ~.
2. Pursuant to section 8.1.6.4 of the Land Use Bylaw, the minimum rear yard setback is 7.6 meters.
The proposed development has a rear yard setback of 7.43 meters, representing a variance of
0.17 meters.
NOTES:
EFFECTIVE DATE OF APPROVALS: An approved Development Permit does not come into effect until 22 days after the date of the Notice of Decision. The undertaking of any development by the Applicant prior to the expiry of this period is done solely at the risk of the Applicant.
