Development Permit Notice of Decision(s) for January 28, 2026

25-D182 - Parking on Existing Fenced Gravel Parking Space with Variance at 9922 103 Street (Lot 14A; Block 2; Plan 2522488) zoned as Primary Commercial (C-1) District. Decision: Approved.

Variance details: A variance was requested to permit a gravel parking surface where a hard-surfaced
parking area is required under section 6.7.1.1.1 of the Land Use Bylaw. The Development Authority
approved this variance on a temporary basis only.
A variance was also requested to permit a permeable fence height of 1.8 metres, where a maximum
height of 1.5 metres is permitted under section 3.4.4.4.2 of the Land Use Bylaw. The Development
Authority approved the requested fence height.

NOTES:

EFFECTIVE DATE OF APPROVALS: An approved Development Permit does not come into effect until 22 days after the date of the Notice of Decision. The undertaking of any development by the Applicant prior to the expiry of this period is done solely at the risk of the Applicant.
