Notice is hereby given that, under the provisions of the Municipal Government Act, Morinville will offer for sale, by public auction, on Friday, October 30, 2026, at 3 p.m., at Morinville Civic Hall, Council Chambers, St. Germain Place, 10125 100 Avenue, Morinville, AB, the following land:

Single Family Home - Lot 7, Block 9A, Plan 7722338, Address 10002 96 Avenue

The properties will be offered for sale, subject to a reserve bid and to the reservations and conditions contained in the existing certificate of title.

Morinville may, after the public auction, become the owner of any property not sold at the public auction. Terms: Cash, Bank Draft or Certified Cheque.

Redemption may be effected by payment of all arrears of taxes and costs at any time prior to the sale of the property.
