Many of Alberta’s hazards, such as high winds, freezing rain, and flooding, can damage power lines causing power outages.

Outages can leave you without heat, hot water, lights, air conditioning, information services, and vital communication channels. Services such as grocery stores, pharmacies, gas stations, banks, and ATMs may be closed during an extended outage.

In accordance with the Traffic Safety Bylaw 4/2023, Part 11, Enforcement Services has begun issuing warnings to residents who have not yet removed their gutter ramps.

Morinville, Alta. – The Town of Morinville has received a Canada Community Revitalization Grant, which is being used to make park enhancements at the Ray Macdonald Sports Grounds, located at 9908 104 Street.
