Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, Morinville residents may experience delays and/or disruptions to postal-related services. This includes the distribution of paper utility bills, which cannot be sent by mail at this time. However, residents must still pay their utility bills on time and for the correct amount. Please note that the next utility bills will be available on Tuesday, December 10. Councillor Rebecca Balanko has happily called Morinville home since 2002, alongside husband Greg and their three children.
Rebecca works as a Mental Health and Wellness Coordinator for Sturgeon Public School Division as well, currently serves on the board for Sturgeon Victim Services.
For her community volunteer commitment, she was awarded Volunteer of the Year by the Town of Morinville, Morinville News Mover and Shaker, and recipient of 2014's International Women's Day award for youth development and empowerment.
Rebecca looks forward to meeting with familiar faces and meeting many new residents of Morinville.
