This five-year road rehabilitation project will involve reconstruction of roads, replacement of concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalks and repairs to underground utilities.

• Impacts: If you are a resident living in the affected area, you can expect parking and driveway disruptions for several days during the construction period. Vehicle and pedestrian access will be controlled by flag persons during construction.

This road project will focus on rehabilitation of deteriorating road pavement structure only by means of asphalt overlay.

• Impacts: Traffic disruptions for several days during the construction period. Vehicle and pedestrian access will be controlled by flag persons during construction.

• Location: Sunshine Lake Park Playground
• Timeline: August - September 2025
• Impacts: Sunshine Lake Park Playground will be closed and not accessible during construction.

• Timeline: April - September 2025
• Impacts: Restricted access to some areas of the Townhall lot and intermittent noise from the construction equipment.

• Impacts: Barricaded sections with minimal traffic impacts

• Location: MCCC and MLC Parking Lots
• Time: September, 2025
• Impacts: Affected section of the parking lots will be barricaded during construction

This project will cut ditches along the West side of the East Boundary Road to help with the storage and containment of storm water. It will improve the reliability of East Boundary Road and increase resilience against flooding and extensive surface damage, caused by soft, wet subgrades.
