There are no properties on the Town of Morinville Tax Sale List. The 2025 Public Auction, scheduled for October 10, 2025, at Morinvlle Town Hall, has been cancelled.

Morinville, Alta. – At the close of nominations, and following the 24-hour withdrawal period, the following individuals are nominated for Councillor for the 2025 – 2029 Council term as noted below:

Notice is hereby given that Nomination Day is September 22, 2025 and that nominations for the election of candidates for the following offices will be received at the location of the local jurisdiction office set out below within the period beginning on January 1, 2025 and ending at 12:00 noon on Nomination Day.

Morinville, Alta. - The Town of Morinville is excited to announce the return of the Flowpoint Fun Skate for the 2025–2026 season, thanks to the continued support of Flowpoint Environmental Systems (Flowpoint). This marks the third consecutive year Flowpoint has sponsored the popular free skating program, reaffirming its commitment to accessible, community-based recreation. 

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING. Proposed Land Use Bylaw Amendment-Bylaw Nos. 10/2025. Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at 4 p.m.

Land Use Bylaw Amendment 10/2025 redistricts ~0.957 ha of lands legally described as Plan 2520687; Block 1; Lot 10, located in Westwinds neighborhood, from Medium Density Residential (R-3) to Medium/High Density Residential (R-4) District, to allow higher density residential development creating the opportunity to introduce a variety of housing forms. This proposal aligns with higher-level plans.
