Our qualified Personal Trainers will help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Trainers will develop an effective and personalized fitness program complete with support, motivation and progressions to help you remain committed to your goals. Train One-on-one or brings your friends, family or colleagues and train as a small group. Large group/dryland training for groups or teams is also available.

Cindy Hunt
Cindy Hunt is certified with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiologists as a Certified Personal Trainer. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree and graduated with Honours from the NAIT Personal Fitness Training Program. She is registered with the Yoga Alliance as a 200 hour Yoga Instructor and has completed an additional 100 hour Trauma Sensitive Yoga certification with Yogafit. She has been in the fitness industry for many years training and teaching a variety of classes including Hatha and Restorative Yoga. Her passion lies in motivating others to get active and pursue a healthy lifestyle. Her specialty is in working with dancers, older adults, pre/post natal women and people struggling with anxiety or who are newer to the gym environment.
Michelle Logan
Michelle is local resident and has been instructing group fitness classes and personal training in Morinville for a decade. She has worked with everyone from athletes looking to cross train for their sport to those looking to change their composition and adopt some healthy habits.
Fitness is an integral part of overall wellness. I strive to help my clients achieve their own version of optimal health and well being based on their goals.
Zachary Lun
My name is Zach, and I am a Certified CSEP Certified Personal Trainer and a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist. I have worked in the fitness industry for over 8 years with a background in sports performance, strength and conditioning, and weight loss. I have experience working with people who have upper and lower body muscle imbalances, rotator cuff injuries, scoliosis and people who are recovering from cancer treatment.
I have a passion for working with people and helping them discover their potential no matter what experience level they are at. From developing lean muscle mass to increasing functional mobility or trying to loss a couple pounds, I would like to work with you and reach those goals!
Hunter Marsden
My name is Hunter, and I am a Personal Trainer and Glute Specialist focusing on pelvic alignment. I have been in the fitness industry for 5 years and have coached High Intensity Interval Training, Circuit Training, Olympic Lifting and Sports Teams. I played hockey for 15+years and had the honor to play for the Olds College Broncos Women's Hockey Team. I studied Business Administration - Management while attending Olds College on my hockey scholarship.
Since joining the fitness industry, I have been able to work in all areas, from software systems, management, and the sales side of the business to becoming a fitness coach and being able to work with members on their journey directly. My passion is to help people with functional movements to help them excel with longevity and reducing the chance of injury.
Melissa Munro
I am a certified personal trainer with ACE fitness. I am also accredited in large group and team training as well as pre and post-natal fitness. I truly love working with people; to help them feel amazing and strong, to relieve pain, or just continue living a healthy vibrant life. I also know the importance of physical activity for mental health, confidence, good health and mobility. I would be happy to help you achieve your fitness goals!
