FlexReg Programs are subject to registration deadlines (one week prior to the start of the program). If registration minimum are not met, program will be cancelled. 

How to register

What to know

  • All classes are suitable for all fitness levels and abilities unless otherwise indicated.
  • Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle and clean indoor footwear.
  • Adult Group fitness program participants must be 16+ years. Youth 12+ may participate with a responsible family member. Please see class descriptions for ages of Preschool, Child and Youth programs.
  • There will be no classes on statutory holidays.
  • If you are not feeling well, please refrain from attending classes and using the MLC.
  • To keep everyone safe and healthy, we ask that you wash or sanitize your hands prior to participation and wipe equipment after use.
